CANCELLATION POLICY

• A current credit card on file is required for all bookings • House Of Leonessa requires 24 hour notice for any appointment rescheduling or cancellation, this will provide me the opportunity to fill a vacated appointment. • Cancelling or Reschedualing within 24 hours notice for any appointment will result in 50% of the total service charged to required card on file. • No call , No show appointments will result In 100% of the total service charge to the required card on file •NEW CLIENTS: all new clients are required to pay a deposit that will go towards your service total. This fee is NON-REFUNDABLE . all deposits are due 24 hours after booking, or the appointment will automatically get cancelled. If the card on file is declined, the fee for cancellation must be paid in full prior to booking the next service. •REFUNDS: we do not offer refunds for any services. in the unlikely event your color service did not turn out as described, we will happily bring you in for a follow up within 10 days of service free of charge (pending fix). •please note: the salon is not responsible for any damage or loss to clothing, jewelry, bags, etc. We do the best we can to be as careful as possible, but accidents do happen.
